Food truck software

Everything from the phone you already have: nothing to install, no terminal to buy and no cables to run. Change the menu on the spot and take a window sale from open to paid to closed.

The hardware is what you already own

A truck has no room for a terminal and no appetite for cabling. domangia opens in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer, and works the same on all three. There is nothing to install, for you or for the person buying: they scan the code at the window and see the menu in their browser, with no app to download.

You add your whole team with no charge per head and none per device, so whoever joins for a weekend signs in with their role and that is it. Roles decide what each person sees: whoever serves does not get into the sales reports.

You run out of something at nine at night

On a truck the menu changes by itself: the bread runs out, the meat is gone, there is sauce left over. You pull the item from your phone and whoever scans the code stops seeing it. Changing a price is the same: change it in one place and it applies at once, with nothing to reprint and no sign to cross out.

The system is not tied to an address either: same account, same menu, same team, wherever the truck is parked. And if there is no signal on that corner, the devices keep talking to each other and whatever was taken during the outage uploads on its own when the connection comes back.

Taking money at the window

A truck sale is a counter sale: order, pay, hand over. The tab opens with a name instead of a table number, is charged with whichever method you use, and is logged against the day till. At closing, the shift total comes out on its own, broken down by payment method.

If you run two units, each one is a location with its own menu and prices, and both are visible from the same account. The first one comes with the base plan.

Frequently asked questions

Does the customer have to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code and the menu opens in their phone browser, with current prices and allergens. Nothing to install, no sign-up, and we ask them for nothing.

Does it work if I trade at a different market every weekend?

Yes. The system is not tied to a venue: same account, same menu, same team, wherever the truck is. The only thing that changes between one market and the next is what you decide to show on the menu that day.

What does it cost for a single truck?

The base plan per month, which includes the whole product and your first unit. Modules — kitchen, inventory, bookings, time tracking — are added only if you need them, and plenty of trucks need none. The amounts are on the pricing page, and they come from the same catalogue we bill from.

What if my business is not a truck but is just as small?

The same setup — counter, no floor plan, no kitchen screen — suits a takeaway, a market stall or a small neighbourhood venue. The floor plan and the kitchen display are there for the day you need them, and until then you do not pay for them.
