A counter sale does not need a table

In a coffee shop most sales never touch a table: they are ordered at the bar and paid there. The system treats that as what it is — a counter tab, with a free-text name instead of a table number — and does not force you to invent tables just to take money. Takeaway and delivery work the same way.

Whoever sits down does get a table, with the tab open until they ask for it. Both ways coexist in the same shift and land in the same till closing.

"Oat milk, no sugar" stops being a note in the margin

Every item on the menu can carry its own questions: the kind of milk, the size, the add-on. They are picked when ordering and the price adjusts on its own with whatever each option adds or takes away — never a percentage, because 8 % on a price that keeps moving is an argument with the customer.

And the options are not cosmetic: choosing oat stops deducting dairy milk from stock and adds the relevant allergen to that order. That is the difference between a note scribbled on the side and something the system understands.

The team hours, without a spreadsheet

Coffee shop shifts get split: somebody opens at seven, somebody else comes in at midday, somebody covers the gap. Time tracking clocks entries, exits and breaks, compares the planned shift with what was actually worked, and produces the total per person and per period, which is what payroll needs.

It is a separate module and the only one billed per person: the first ten employees are covered by its monthly minimum. Everything else — the counter, the menu, payments and reports — is in the base plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the QR menu if I take everything at the bar?

No, the QR menu is optional. Plenty of coffee shops put it only on the tables in the room and keep taking orders at the bar as always; others use it so customers can see prices and allergens without queueing twice. It comes with the base plan whether you use it or not.

Does it work if I also sell pastries?

Yes. A menu item can be a resale product with its own stock, or something you make with its own recipe. The croissant you buy in and the coffee you brew live on the same menu and in the same sales report.

Can I tell what my busiest hour is?

Yes. Sales reports by hour and by day come with the base plan, along with the average ticket and the best sellers. That is what tells you whether to reinforce the morning or the afternoon, instead of deciding it by feel.

How long until it is running?

An afternoon. You load the menu, declare which payment methods you accept and add the team, and you can start selling. The trial gives you the complete platform with no credit card, so you can set it up for real before deciding anything.

Try it with your real menu

30 days with the full platform. Load your menu, lay out your floor and run a real service before you decide.
